Making Strides In Millwoods

Do you want to exercise but just can't seem to find the get up and go? Do you want to lose that unwanted weight but you need help? This is the way I feel! I am looking for walking "buddies" to walk two evenings a week from 7:30-8:30pm. It can be Monday-Thursday. I live in Satoo. There is no weight loss supplements to buy, no weigh ins, etc. We are getting together to walk one hour and to help each other take the first step.
